Leah's Music Class AT SCHOOL™ is an early childhood music and movement program that provides educators of very young children with an exciting participatory format that instructs and enlightens as children learn through musical play.Very young children are wired to move and LMC AT SCHOOL™ takes advantage of their high energy and creativity by using music, movement, manipulatives and simple instruments to teach social/emotional, physical, cognitive, and language development within a framework that is natural for children to follow and easy for educators to administer.
Daycare providers, preschool teachers and home schooling parents can easily teach the art forms of music and movement while they educate preschoolers, toddlers and infants in the areas of Language and Literacy, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, the Arts, Health and Safety, Personal and Social Development, Physical Education and Technology. LMC AT SCHOOL helps educators comply with the Texas Curriculum Guidelines for Prekindergarteners.
This very flexible program allows educators to teach a variety of subjects. Teachers may choose to lead students in easy and fun music and movement classes or use individual songs and chants to teach specific concepts as needed at anytime throughout the day.
