Product Purchase Policies
We care greatly about our customer's satisfaction and stand behind our products 100%.Since CD-Rom's can easily be copied, and contain copyrighted material, it is our policy that all sales are final. Return of CD(s) may only be made in the case of a defective product, which will be replaced.
Returns to Leah's Music Class must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, no refunds or returns will be allowed or accepted.
Shipping and/or handling charges are not refundable.
Charges made to a credit card will be refunded, less shipping and handling, to the same credit card or Paypal account used for the purchase. Payments made by check will be refunded with a check, after sufficient time has passed for your original check to completely clear through the banking system.
